After selecting MH Ross from a list of available companies, the process of obtaining the policy was quite straight forward. It was easy to see the policy particulars and the explanations were to the point. The entire process of selecting and paying for the insurance was timely. Had the policy in a few days with all information as to making a claim. This was the second time I used MH Ross for travel insurance and felt again it was worth the money (reasonable amount). Fortunately, I did not have to make a claim, but I have the feeling that there would have been good support from them in processing a claim. NOTE *** I Had to check the ease and timeliness of a claim in order to submit this review even though I did not make a claim - so I simply put the same number of stars as I did for the 2 areas that I had experienced.
