Holy Land Trip

I purchased trip insurance on the internet for a trip to the Holy and Egypt. Because of the Egyptian problems the travel agency cancelled the trip. I was charged $400 per ticket ($800) to reissue the airline tickets so I could use them for another trip. I was refused this claim. The insurance company claimed an exclusion because of civil unrest. The policy I received by email didn't show this exclusion, but the insurance company stated that there was a link of the web site that would have provided the total policy. I never saw it. I protested to the Fla Commissioner of Insurance and was contacted by email from Travel Guard. They denied the claim. I was treated like a number not a person. I will never buy insurance from this company again and may never buy travel insurance in the future. I will recommend to my friends to avoid this company.
